Sempai Alessandra Longo
Alessandra Longo was introduced to karate in January 2006.
Attained her Shodan (1st degree black belt) in November 2012 at the age of 13 from Saeki Sensei,7th degree black belt, chief instructor in Canada.
Trained at Northern Karate from 2006 to 2009 and attained her Brown Belt. Participated in Friendship Tournaments and often won gold medals.
Trained at BMS Karate from 2009-2011 and attained her first Black Belt in April 2010 at the age of 10.
Placed 1st in kata competition, 2010 Tournament of Martial Arts Champions, National Open Tournament at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga.
Assistant instructor at BMS Karate in 2011.
Joined World Class Karate Dojo, JKA of Mississauga in January 2012.
