Trained in ISKF Shotokan Karate under the supervision of Sensei Frank Woon-A-Tai from 1990 - 1992

Practiced Kick Boxing at York University from 1994 - 1996

Trained at BMS Karate from 2010 - 2012

Started training in JKA Shotokan Karate at World Class Karate in 2012.

Achieved the rank of JKA Shodan in 2014 from Sensei Saeki (Chief Instructor of Canada) under the instruction of Sensei Ray Tio, Sensei Stan Tio and Sensei Ed Leung.

Certified High School Teacher since 1996. Have taught Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Alternative education for grades 9 to OAC
